Winning.

Our new vision for British Tennis is ‘winning’. This means British players winning Slams, ATP, WTA, ITF and Tennis Europe tournaments and ultimately, the Davis Cup and Federation Cup. We will measure this success by; the number of British players in the Top 100, 12 to 18 year old players on track for the Top 100 and increasing numbers of regularly competing juniors.

Following the publication of the Blueprint for British tennis in October 2006 the three main business drivers are clear:

  1. Getting the best coaches working with the best talent in the best facilities;
  2. Providing the best technical support in the most accessible way to the right people when they need it;
  3. Establishing a straight forward, high quality, competitive framework that gives children the stimulus they need to get on the winning pathway.
